We want you to love your book! If you're not satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns and Refunds

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for books that arrive damaged or defective. Due to the nature of our print-on-demand fulfillment, we cannot accept returns for change of mind or buyer's remorse.

Damaged or Defective Books

If your book arrives damaged or with printing defects, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at goodfatherpublishing@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- A photo of the damage or defect
- A brief description of the issue

We will send you a replacement book at no additional cost. You do not need to return the damaged book.

Refunds

Refunds for damaged or defective books will be processed within 5-10 business days of receiving your request. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Lost or Undelivered Orders

If your order doesn't arrive within the expected delivery window, please contact us at goodfatherpublishing@gmail.com and we'll work with our fulfillment partner to resolve the issue.
